We had a wonderful time at this property- the home was clean and very spacious, the kitchen was spotless and had everything that you need, the game room was so fun for me and my kiddos, and we really enjoyed soaking in the hottub - but what I would really like to highlight was the host Ian, and how wonderful he was. We had a small issue during our stay, and he went BEYOND above and beyond to make it right. Today, stellar customer service is a rarity, and Ian is a true gem of a host and human being. Don’t hesitate, book this place! :)

We usually rent somewhere on the river but needed to be right in town this time. Ian's place did not disappoint. Easy to find and nice neighborhood.
The house is beautiful and Ian was VERY quick to respond to our questions. Will be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and helpful. The location was perfect for work travel, with easy access to everything we needed. After long days, it was great to come back to such a cozy and quiet space. Highly recommend this stay and would definitely book again in the future!

If you’re looking for a good family friendly place to stay at this is the house you should book everything was smooth from the check in to the checkout. We had no issues with anything. The house was clean. Had a nice backyard for the kids to run around and all the stores and restaurants were where within minutes of driving. Our overall trip to Grants Pass, Oregon was a five out of five and staying at Ian’s place was well worth it.

We had an amazing stay at Ian’s. The house was super spacious with 3 king beds and it was fun to have a hot tub in one of the bathrooms! There’s also a grill in case you want to have a fun bbq night. Definitely one of the best airbnbs I’ve been to, everything was incredibly clean and lots of amenities offered like food seasoning, bathroom basics welcome basket, and even wine! 10/10 recommend.

I stayed in this home for a work trip. It was comfortable and spacious. It was nice to have the kitchen stocked with staples and the backyard is a nice place to sit in the evening and in the morning. The homes seems intentional and the owner is proactive.
