If you’re looking for a good family friendly place to stay at this is the house you should book everything was smooth from the check in to the checkout. We had no issues with anything. The house was clean. Had a nice backyard for the kids to run around and all the stores and restaurants were where within minutes of driving. Our overall trip to Grants Pass, Oregon was a five out of five and staying at Ian’s place was well worth it.

Ian is an absolute charm to deal with. Due to circumstances out of our control, we needed to postpone our trip initially. Ian was so kind and understanding.
When we did arrive, the home was perfect. We travel each year for our grandsons birthday and we let him pick the houses. He picked Ian’s house for the pool and spa and it did not disappoint. The home was very clean, the layout was perfect for our family of 5, and it was perfectly located for the Hellgate adventure we went on. I highly recommend Ian and his beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time at Ian's place. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 and we loved the pool area. The kitchen is well appointed with clear pictures of appliances in the listing and labels on all the drawers and cabinets, and there were some empty spaces for our own items. The kitchen table was big enough for group dinners and evening games.
Be aware that this is a split level home when considering accessibility - the main level with kitchen and primary bed/bath is easy to access from the street, and the pool area has a back parking area with a sloped driveway, but the middle floor is accessed by stairs only.
We would definitely return!

We had an amazing stay at Ian’s. The house was super spacious with 3 king beds and it was fun to have a hot tub in one of the bathrooms! There’s also a grill in case you want to have a fun bbq night. Definitely one of the best airbnbs I’ve been to, everything was incredibly clean and lots of amenities offered like food seasoning, bathroom basics welcome basket, and even wine! 10/10 recommend.

I stayed in this home for a work trip. It was comfortable and spacious. It was nice to have the kitchen stocked with staples and the backyard is a nice place to sit in the evening and in the morning. The homes seems intentional and the owner is proactive.

This is the second time we have stayed in this home and would highly recommend it once again. The layout is very comfortable and conducive to engaging with others. The bedrooms are roomy, and the king-sized beds are appreciated. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect for us! This is the third time Ian has hosted us, and we have appreciated his attention to detail and quick response to any communication we have with him. During this stay, he went over and above to help us find a solution to a situation we were facing. Thank you, Ian. He and his homes are the first we look for when wanting to book a place to stay.
